Spotsie is a service allowing landlords and users to post information about their properties for other site users to see. It's a medium for landlords and renters to connect and share information. Spotsie is also a service for students and users to browse and get information on properties that might interest them. Spotsie provides these same services for users interested in subletting their properties and browsing such subletted properties. Spotsie does not participate in any actual lease transactions, including and without limitation, negotiations, discussions, or proposals. While continue to comb the site as best as we can, Spotsie may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
