Featured Listings
Spotsie lets landlords advertise their properties on the homepage right when users log in as featured listings. This enables users to have fast access and immediate reaction to sponsored properties and it lets landlords actively advertise to all potential renters in an area or school.
Featured listings are spotlight properties shown to you when you navigate to Spotsie on the homepage and they are targeted to your area and school.
Right now, you can't. Later we'll enable landlords to feature their properties for a premium but until then, we pull random listings from your area and show them to you when you log in.
