Inquiries
With inquiries landlords can keep track of and follow up on students and tenants who may be interested in their properties, and users can use Spotsie to contact them quickly and easily for a followup.
Inquiries are messages users send to landlords when interested in one of their properties. Its the information sent when using the property page feature "Contact landlord". These messages and the user's contact information shows up in the inquiries inbox in the property manager.
To read an inquiry, simply click the read icon in the inquiries page. To close one, click the close button. When you read or click close the message will move to your old messages section in the inquiries page. You can restore it by clicking the restore button in the Past inquiries section of the page.
To permanently remove a message you've received, click the red remove button next to the message. This will get rid of the message from your inbox and past inquiries.
No, inquiries are just messages sent to landlords from users who are interested in getting more information about the property. They let you contact that user easily and manage contacts better.
