Each listing on Spotsie has its very own property page containing all of the information about the apartment or house and much much more.

What is a property page?

Each property a landlord lists with Spotsie has its own page containing information about the place, comments, maps and directions, and much more. When you search for listings, each property links to its own property page.

What information does it have about the property?

The property page contains information about the place, such as rent and deposit prices, leases length and start dates, landlord contact information, a listing of the amenities and features, comments users have posted, maps and directions, a listing of who has saved the property, features to send the listing to friends and to contact the landlord, and much more.

Why does it say "you must be logged in to use this feature"?

Certain features like emailing listings to friends and contacting the landlord are available only to registered users who are logged in. Also, commenting on properties is limited to users too.

Why are some key features grayed out?

If a landlord lists a property and certain key features aren't included they'll show up gray and crossed out in the property page. Otherwise, they'll be in color denoting that they are included with the property.

Why can't I post a comment?

Commenting is only available to registered users. In order to post a comment on a property you must be logged in. Also, once a comment is posted, you will no longer have access to edit or remove it.

How can I view the maps and directions?

To view the maps and directions for a property, click the Maps and Directions tab towards the bottom of the page. This will show you a Google Map of where the property is as well as provide a way to see the surrounding area. Also, you can perform a Google Local Search on the area to find stores, restaurants, or anything around the property.

What is "Who Saved This Listing"?

The Who Saved This Listing tab shows you what other registered users have saved the property in their saved listings.

Why does the photo slider not work?

Each property page displays photos the landlord has uploaded for it. To view these you can click on the image in the upper left corner. Also, there are next and previous buttons to view the other images the landlord has uploaded. If these buttons do not work, make sure you have Javascript enabled and that your internet browser has Javascript capabilities.
