Stats & Reports
Everyone with a landlord or sublet account has access to Spotsie's Stats & Reports in the Property Manager. Here you can see tabular and graph data reflecting your property page views over time with a lot of different filters and types of reports available.
Stats and Reports is a feature available to sublet and landlord accounts only. It shows you graphically and in a data table information on your property views. There are charts for page views over time for all of your properties, page views over time for individual properties, and your top properties arranged in a bar chart for showing a breakdown of your most popular listings. All of the charts are displayed using amCharts' Flash/Javascript chart tool.
To change the report you want to see, use the clickable links at the bottom of the right bar Filter Data. There are titles for each report and clicking them will bring you to that particular report.
For each report you're viewing you can apply a date range to choose the data from. In the right bar Filter Data simple choose the beginning and end dates and click the submit button to view only data between that range. Also, you can click and drag inside the graph the range of data you want to view. This will only affect the currently viewed chart whereas the applied date range will affect all data you view.
If there is no data showing in the graph or you see an error message try refreshing the page. If that doesn't solve the problem, there may not be any data for the report or date range you've selected. If the problem persists, send us an email at
bugs@spotsie.com and we'll try to fix any problems on our end.
If the graphs aren't loading or if you're receiving an message such as you do not have Flash player installed, make sure you have Javascript enabled and that you have the latest Flash player installed in your browser.
Property views are individual page views for any or all of your properties. They reflect any time a user browses one of your listings. They are not unique hits but rather impressions for each page.
