Student Accounts
Browsing properties on Spotsie is completely free, but in order to take advantage of all of the many features that Spotsie has, you need to sign up for an account. It only takes a minute and you have access to everything right away.
You can sign up for a student account at our
Signup page. We require a little bit of personal information like your name, birthday, email address, and school, and also a username and password for your account. Once you submit this information, we require that you click a confirmation email that we'll send to you to activate your account.
We only require that you give us your name, email address, birthday, and school when you sign up for a Spotsie account. Also, you need to choose a unique username and a password.
With an account at Spotsie.com you have access to all of our unique features such as bookmarking properties, saving searches, sharing properties among friends, and many more.
We need to send you a confirmation email so that we can confirm your account with us and have a means of contacting you in case we might need to. Also, this prevents automated scripts from creating accounts. Your account and username will not be activated until you click the link provided in the email we send out.
If you've followed the steps for creating an account, and you see the confirmation page saying that an email was sent out you may need to wait up to an hour before the email is received in your inbox. This is normal given people's different email accounts and the nature of the internet. If for some reason, you still don't get a confirmation email after a little while, send us an email at
accounts@spotsie.com and we'll be sure to fix any errors on our end.
Once you get the confirmation email and code, click the link provided in the email or copy and paste the link in your browser and navigate to it. After you visit that page, everything will be ready to go and you can now log in.
