Stats & Reports
Everyone with a landlord or sublet account has access to Spotsie's Stats & Reports in the Property Manager. Here you can see tabular and graph data reflecting your property page views over time with a lot of different filters and types of reports available.
Sublets on Spotsie are a way for students or landlords to temporarily sublease their room to another interested party. Usually these are done with the landlord's consent and through the student originally on the lease contract. On Spotsie, you have the option to list sublets and to browse them just as you would normal property listings.
You can browse sublets by navigating to the
Sublet page and searching for them using the fields on the left hand side of the page. You can browse for sublet listings just like you would for regular property listings.
To post a sublet, navigate to the
Sublet page and if you haven't already, sign up or upgrade your account to a sublet account. Once you have one and are logged in, click the Post a Sublet button on the right hand side of the page. It will take you to a page very similar to the regular List a Property page for landlords.
Right now, we do not have subletting enabled on the site. We're working hard to have it ready to go in a few months. You also will need an upgraded sublet account to post and sublet listings on Spotsie.
With a sublet account you will have access to our Property Manager to edit, manage, or remove and listings you have on Spotsie. You also have access to our Stats & Reports to monitor your listings' page view trends over time as well as the Inquiries tool to view and manage all inquiries regarding your property through Spotsie.com.
