There are a number of ways you find the place you're looking for on Spotsie: by College or University, Zip Code, or City and State.
Users who sign up with an account will have their school's properties displayed when clicking Browse. Other users will be able to search by their college's name. It's also very easy to browse by entering the zip code or by selecting a City and State to view by.
